Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!
At WalkMe, our goal is to fundamentally change the relationship between people and technology, by making the underlying software and processes irrelevant to the End User. We refer to this as Digital Adoption. WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) provides a transparent overlay over existing applications used by an agency. This allows for organizational agility, tracking and guiding internal and external users through any workflow or process. As policies, workforce constraints, technology and agency mandates adjust, WalkMe provides the ability to quickly make changes on top of any application or applications in a process that is web based. Radically reducing formal training, the need to understand policies, new technology, user guides, SOP’s and temporary workarounds. WalkMe’s solution offers users contextual awareness, guiding and educating them on optimal application usage to ensure accurate decision making while circumventing long development cycles. WalkMe has been deployed by the US Army, USMC, VA, among other agencies.
Our approach to digital adoption is unlike any other in the market. As the pioneers of the digital adoption platform category (DAP), we are always first-to market when it comes to innovation. Unlike other solutions which take a point and click approach, WalkMe is a strategic platform which has been successfully deployed in IL4 & IL6 environments. Furthermore, as evaluated by third party industry analysts, WalkMe stands alone as the premier Enterprise Grade DAP vendor and is dedicated to supporting the warfighter with a team of SMEs that specializes in supporting US Federal & Dept of Defense requirements/contracts.
