Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!

Acceleras.AI has developed an organizational training format for AI-acceleration that quickly develops AI delivery capability and AI Literacy, provides managers and executives with program ready insights, and can be scaled across the organization.  The training format combines slide-based content, case studies, hands-on labs on two cloud providers (AWS, Azure), and dialogue/discussion throughout the session to help managers and executives who are not AI experts develop core knowledge that includes:  AI Model basics (how models are built and managed), Measuring AI (metrics and quality measures and what they mean), Responsible AI (RAI frameworks, Ethics, Bias, Explainability, Threshold risk, etc.), Governance (Critical thinking skills for managing AI solutions and programs including evaluation, budget, and lifecycle), and firsthand experience with AI solutions and tools.

The programmatic approach was developed at Accenture as a strategic accelerator and used to train 4,000+ managers and executives on five continents over 5+ years on new and emerging technologies from DevOps to Cloud Native to AI/ML. The key to the program was an instructor pool that were practitioners with firsthand experience managing teams building Cloud Native and AI/ML solutions, case studies based on projects that had real world challenges, and deep experience with trainer-practitioners that can answer questions and enable participants to walk away with job ready insights.

The format can be customized to customer or agency (civilian or military) content, programs, and initiatives.   It can be run virtually or in-person/on-site.  It can be scaled as a program or run as a few one-off sessions. It can be implemented by a vendor, in-house resources, or as a joint effort. Modularized topics means it is possible to cover a broad range in a one-day format or dive deeper into a single topic (ex. Responsible AI) in a half-day format.
