Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!
Decision Lens is cloud-based, collaborative planning software that enables government organizations to prioritize, plan and fund. Decision Lens transforms the planning process from disconnected phases to an integrated process. Leveraging our expertise in decision science, we have created a solution which collapses silos, automates manual efforts, and organizes and structures data for action. Ultimately, our approach allows organizations to better prioritize investments, plan for the future, and adapt funding when realities force plans to change.
While the processes we improve go by many names (e.g., unfunded requirements or UFR, capital planning, POM planning, spend plan tracking, long-range planning, facilities investment planning), Decision Lens solves for the universal problem of prioritizing effectively and making data-informed decisions in a resource constrained environment.
In short, the solution will help you put your money where your mission is. As such, it helps a range of customers solve for a variety of problems. The integrated planning process breaks down into four phases: Prioritize, Plan, and Fund with a foundation of Data Management.
More specifically, the Decision Lens software has 9 product modules associated with the four phases of integrated planning, which will be best aligned to solve the customers challenge depending on their specific needs.
