Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!
This TEM session will offer a discussion about the practical implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Hyperautomation to enable Human-AI collaboration as a force multiplier.
Hyperautomation, a hybrid of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation (e.g., Robotic Process Automation or RPA), has the ability to transform business processes. By combining technologies like natural language processing, large language models, and RPA, Hyperautomation aims to enhance the speed, quality, and productivity of work. However, while hype surrounds emerging technologies, Hyperautomation offers a practical approach to implementing them in a way that augments rather than replaces human judgment.
The volume and complexity of data in modern businesses demands new solutions. Hyperautomation addresses this by orchestrating AI, ML and automation to mimic and scale human decision making. Running multiple models in parallel and then ranking, validating, and consolidating their responses helps to overcome the limitations of single-model approaches which often yield incomplete or inaccurate information. By automating repetitive tasks in this way, Hyperautomation allows knowledge workers to focus on more strategic priorities that better utilize their skills.
