Technology/Topic: Data-Centric Security Platform – Persistent Protection and Control for DoD Data

=====================================

Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!

Seclore delivers a zero-trust, data-centric security platform that enables the Department of Defense (DoD) to persistently protect, audit, and control sensitive information—wherever it travels. As data moves between personnel, systems, networks, and mission partners, Seclore ensures the protection travels with the data, independent of the environment or device. This approach directly supports CMMC, NIST 800-171/172, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) initiatives, particularly as it applies to safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), mission files, and export-controlled data.

Unlike perimeter- or system-based controls that lose visibility the moment data is downloaded, emailed, or shared externally, Seclore binds encryption, dynamic access control, and usage tracking directly to the file itself—whether it is a document, spreadsheet, CAD file, or log extract. It integrates with existing infrastructure like Microsoft 365, GCC High, SIEM, and DLP tools to automate protection and streamline the user experience across DoD environments.

Seclore is currently deployed across commercial enterprises and critical infrastructure sectors, including banking, energy, defense contractors, and federal integrators. We believe Seclore presents a strong fit for DISA and the broader DoD community looking to secure sensitive information across hybrid, multi-agency, and coalition environments.

Seclore’s persistent, file-level protection model offers a unique ability to maintain control after data has left the organization, which is a gap in traditional data loss prevention (DLP), digital rights management (DRM), or classification tools. What sets Seclore apart is its autonomous enforcement of data access policies without requiring continuous network connectivity, making it ideal for disconnected, tactical, and coalition use cases. Additionally, Seclore integrates natively with leading classification, SIEM, and identity platforms to ensure compliance and audit readiness without operational disruption. This uniquely supports mission assurance in high-risk, federated data-sharing environments—where traditional perimeter-based security fails.
