Welcome to the Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)!

Comarch’s Operations Support Software (OSS) optimizes the operations of many of today’s global Tier One broadband service providers. Known for its breadth of integrations with telecom network manufacturer elements, and for its intuitive “single-pane-of-glass” user interfaces, Comarch’s OSS is the lifeblood of telecom network operations centers (NOC’s) globally. Comarch captures, mediates, and distills telemetry from all of the elements within a telecom network. Comarch then presents the custom data to network operators in real-time, providing remediation and provisioning command and control options back to the network elements. These are the day-to-day, second-by-second machinations of a network operator, and Comarch is part and parcel of these remediations. More recently, Comarch, which devotes a quarter of its annual revenues to R&D, has introduced a series of AI/ML enhancements to its products. These enhancements are elective to the customer, as are all features of the Comarch OSS modular platform. Comarch’s modular approach allows customers to phase in Comarch OSS facets as required, often integrating with existing OSS systems via API’s. This modular, phase-in approach allows service providers to quickly gain operations optimizations, while not encumbering existing mission critical systems.

Comarch is one of the “Fathers of the Modern OSS”, founded over 30 years ago in Krakow, Poland, and focused on telecom operations support systems. Comarch’s initial customers included Telekomunikacja Polska and Deutsche Telekom. From there, Comarch’s momentum quickly grew to include almost all of Europe’s Tier One providers, including Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telefonica; satellite providers including Viasat and Hughes Network. Comarch has followed its European momentum into South America, where it serves many country operators of carriers such as Telefonica. In the USA, Comarch has a foothold and serves carriers such as Viasat and large utility networks such as Pacific Gas & Electric. Comarch is publicly traded with a market capitalization of almost $1B USD. Comarch is not a conglomeration of acquired software houses. On the contrary, Comarch is home grown in Poland with all software development in-house.

Comarch is a leader in the Telemanagement Forum (TMForum), the leading global body devoted to telecom OSS standards and innovations. As a current contributor to the TMForum “Open API” and “Catalyst” broadband projects, Comarch continues to collaboratively forge the modern OSS. Comarch is an active participant on ITU standards bodies, TIA standards bodies, and the Utilities Telecom Council (UTC). Information Security is paramount to Comarch, and our security certifications, compliance, and innovations can be found on these sites https://www.comarch.com/company/quality/ and https://www.comarch.com/trade-and-services/ict/about-comarch-ict/standards/.
